1-The site should not contain anything that violates the Islamic religion in any way.

2- The site should not contain any political material which contravene or oppose an Islamic state or country.

3- The site should not be pornographic or contains pornographic pictures because it violates the first requirement.

4-The obligation to pay fees, the Nile One company is not responsible for the closure of any site fails to pay the fees, although we do inform you before the end of one full month to acknowledge.

5-The applicant should be serious in his/her request because all requests are taken seriously, they should provide us with their real information in the application form, they have the right to withhold their public information as in the Domain , although we do not publish or sell such data for any party.

6-Overall payments are not refundable for any reason, unless announced otherwise. The customer has the right to get his request which he pay for it.

7-The domain belongs to whom who filled the application form and he has the right to retrieves it upon request, or if he desires to change the hosting, he will not be asked about the reason. Thereby the company Nile One has no responsibility on the domain if the customer wanted to obtain information when requested for loss or renovation.

8- Commitment of the parties in good manners and handling, cause the customer always right, in a telegram to deal leads to a better result, except that do not accept it.

9-Do not installs any known programs which can cause damage to the rest of accounts on the same server, for Example: digichat.

10-Nile one company has the right to stop unlicensed programs; this requirement is one of the basics in dealing between hosting companies and companies producing those programs, for example vBulletin.

11- It is strictly prohibited to use the Mailing List programs, especially those that contain thousands of addresses because they are considered SPAM, if we receive any complaint about any mail message we have the right to give a warning for the first time and then cancel the account if it is repeated.

12-In all the hosting plans that we have there is a limited number of sent emails; it should not be more than 200 emails hourly.

13- The customer is entitled to use the area allocated to him in the server but not to affect the remaining spaces on the same server.

14-It is prohibits the dissemination and distribution of content, software or any type of unauthorized files or legally protected rights of intellectual property.

15- All the hosting plans that we have is to host one site only.

16- The free support is specialized only in hosting, it does not include designs or Scripts or programs on the site, those services which include designs, scripts or programs have separate fees.

In case of any violation of these conditions we have the right to warn the customer for the first time, if repeated the account and the space will be cancelled and alla its data will be lost.

Nile One company has the right to change any of these conditions without prior notice.
